| Why it is safe to
make card payments online? |

Skidlidz.co.uk uses Protx to
process payments online through Streamline (part of Natwest). Protx uses
a 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) certificate which ensures your
information is encrypted during transmission. Your credit card details
are only used to process your payment and are not held by us after
processing. Your address details are stored incase you need to contact
us again, but we will not sell or give your information to other
parties, nor will we email you with offers or newsletters unless you ask
us to. |

How do I find what I am looking for? |
| You can search for
products by our simple menus on the left hand side of the window, or
through the brands or type of products section. |

What is the availability of the products? |
| We stock high
quality products with brand names you will most likely have heard of if
you already participate in the relevant sports. We have chosen those
brands because they offer superior safety, comfort and style. If
products are not in stock, you will be notified before you get to the
payment stage. If you require products from one of our manufacturers
that we do not normally hold in stock, we can usually get them within a
couple of working days. Some stock is seasonal, so if you need to buy a
ski helmet for example, you will have more choice in December than in
March, as manufacturers usually only produce seasonal products once a
year. |

How will I know my order has been processed? |
| You will receive
an email confirming your order, usually within a few minutes, but allow
a little longer. |

Will I receive exactly what I order? |
| Yes, as soon as
your order is confirmed and payment made, our stock levels reduce
automatically. Most of our stock is current year stock, and we wont
send old designs unless we are clearing stock. Our descriptions will
tell you exactly what you are ordering. |

What happens when I make an order? |
| When you have
chosen the products you want to buy, you will be asked to give your
details for delivery etc. You will enter your credit/debit card details
on our secure server at Protx (one of the safest card processing
companies around). Your order will only be processed when you are happy
that all details are correct. |

What happens if I make a mistake with my order and only realise after it
is processed? |
| Send us an email
or call us immediately and we will get things sorted out for you. We
aim to dispatch your order on the same or next day, so once the package
has been sent, we are not able to amend or cancel it, and you will need
to follow our normal returns procedure. |

When can I place my order? |
| You can place an
order any time on the internet. Orders received by 1pm usually get
dispatched the same day. You can call us to discuss things on the phone,
and we will give as much advice and help as we can. |
| We are officially
open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, so you can usually contact us
between those times. If we are busy, you can leave a message and we will
call you back. You can also contact us on our website by clicking on our
‘live support’ icon. Finally you can email us at
sales@skidlidz.co.uk. We aim to answer emails within a day,
depending on how busy we are. Usually we contact you much quicker than
that. The Web site is open 24 x 7 so just order and we are around
weekends so give it a try. |

guaranteed? |
| All products come
with a manufacturers warranty, which usually varies from 6 month to a
year. Please ask for specific details on a product. |

How can I pay? |
| You can pay with
VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, SOLO and Visa Electron cards. |

Will I receive a receipt ? |
|
Yes, a sales receipt will be sent with your order as well as the Email
receipt. |

Can you deliver to the recipient directly? |
| Yes, simply
provide their address details as the delivery address in the shopping
cart. Please bear in mind that someone will need to be in to receive the
package. |

If you send the goods directly to someone else, will they see a receipt?

| No, not if you
specify not to - the receipt will be sent directly to the person buying
the goods if you prefer. If you do not specify, the invoice will be
enclosed with the package. |

I make a complaint? |
| Whilst we hope to
get things right, we can make the odd mistake here or there. If you have
a complaint of any kind, please contact us by email, phone or letter at
sales@skidlidz.co.uk. If we cant resolve your complaint straight
away, we will contact you within five working days to let you know what
we plan to do. |
