Shipping We offer delivery to all UK addresses served by the Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all goods as soon as possible. Orders received, and payments cleared before 1pm will usually be dispatched the same day. Other orders will be dispatched next working day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Orders received on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders to the value of 50 GBP or more and they will normally arrive in 2-5 days (often less). Shipping on orders below 50 GBP will be charged at between 3.00 GBP and 5.50 GBP per item, depending on the size or weight. We cannot guarantee delivery times unless the special delivery option is chosen. Please note that during some clearance sales time, the free delivery option may not apply. We will make it clear if this is the case. Special next day delivery, guaranteed by Royal Mail, is available for an additional fee. To make sure your delivery arrives as planned, all packages must be signed for. If there will be no-one in, you may wish to use a different delivery address, or ask a neighbour to sign for your package. Please add a note to let us know if that is the case. Royal Mail will leave a card asking if you want the package redelivered or if you want to collect it from your local depot. Any claims for lost goods must be reported within 14 days of dispatch. Items delivered by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery cannot be tracked until 15 days after posting, as this service is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. Guaranteed next day delivery can be obtained by specifying Royal Mail Special Delivery.   Returns We offer a no quibble returns policy, so if it doesnt fit or you dont like it, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. All we ask is that the product you send back is in the original box, unworn with all tags attached, accessories and instructions included and undamaged in any way.  Please note that some clearance items may not be returned unless faulty. This is because we are offering such items at very low prices. We will make it clear if this is the case. Whilst we endeavour to check and pack items appropriately, if they do arrive in a damaged state, please let us know within 14 days. Before you send an item, you must contact us first by email to get an RMA number, which should be written clearly on the Skid Lidz outer box (not on the product packaging). Then we know to expect your return. Also please include your invoice number, your name, address and phone number and a message inside the box so we know who you are and what you would like us to do. We suggest that you send your return via special or recorded delivery to ensure we sign for them, as we cannot be responsible for any products lost or undelivered by the post office - and proof of delivery is important. We are not able to refund postage costs. Your payment will be refunded by the same means in which you made the payment within 14 days of you sending the goods back to us.
